Day 01: PHNOM PENH ARRIVAL

  • Welcome to the Kingdom of Wonder!
  • Upon arrival, you will meet our tour guide and driver transfer to check in hotel store luggages. Today visitors find a bustling, multicultural city at the confluence of the historic Mekong, Tonle Sap and Bassac Rivers. Phnom Penh has many places of exceptional interest for those with time enough to appreciate the city's attractions.
  • We will start to visit the Royal Palace, the incredible solid silver-floored Silver Pagoda and the National Museum, a treasure chest of Angkorian and pre-Angkorian artifacts. We end our city tour with visit to Wat Phnom pagoda.

Day 2: PHNOM PENH – CITY TOUR (B)

  • After breakfast at hotel, we travel about 15km toward southwest of Phnom Penh we will arrive at Choeung Ek. The memorial at Choeung Ek just outside Phnom Penh was an orchard! And a Chinese cemetery prior to 1975. During the Khmer Rouge regime, it became one of the killing fields the site of the brutal executions of more than 17,000 individuals, most of whom first suffered through torture and deprivation in Toul Sleng Prison. Choeung Ek is now a group of mass graves and a memorial stupa containing thousands of skulls. In the afternoon, free at leisure for shopping at Russian Market for local products bring from provincials surround Phnom Penh.

Day 3: PHNOM PENH – TAMAM MOUNTAIN – TONLE BATI (B)

  • After breakfast at hotel, we will spend about 40 minutes by car toward southeast of Phnom Penh to reach Tamao Mountain a varied site consisting of temples, mountain, nature and a big zoo in Cambodia. Then continue to have lunch at local restaurant or picnic lunch (Own account) in Tonle Bati. This afternoon you will visit Tonle Bati a big worshipping place having two ancient temples, namely:- Ta Prohm Temple and Yeay Peau Temple. In the evening, enjoy 01 hour boat cruise on Mekong River to explore night life of local.

Day 4: PHNOM PENH – SIHANOUK VILLE (B)

  • Today, you are going to reach one of Cambodia’ s leading beach resort, a sprawling modern town surrounded by palm-fringed, squeaky white sand beaches and undeveloped tropical islands. Sihanouk Ville is a place to chill-out, enjoy the fresh from-the-ocean seafood, take in a snorkeling or scuba trip, try deep-sea fishing, sail the seas, and island-hop near-deserted beaches. The main town is 2km inland, and whilst it is so laidback that cows and chickens wander across the roads it is not the most attractive of places. However, the beaches that stretch for 10km along the coastline like a string of pearls certainly make up for this.
  • Upon arrival, check in hotel to store your luggage and the rest of day free at your leisure to explore Sihanouk Ville. (Optional: You may buy optional tour to visit some island nearby with hotel or local agency)

Day 5: SIHANOUK VILLE (B)

Day 6: SIHANOUK VILLE – SIEM REAP (B)

  • Today, we will depart to Ream National Park is 18 kilometers from downtown Sihanouk Ville, towards Phnom Penh to the park entrance. The park covers 15,000 hectares of land and 6,000 hectares of marine habitat. There are 155 species of birds in the park including a few threatened species. Transfer to airport for taking flight to Siem Reap.

Day 7: SIEM REAP – SAMBOR PREI KOK (B)

  • This morning we travel overland through the picturesque Cambodia countryside from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap. Along the way, we will visit Sambor Prei Kuk, the most impressive group of pre-Angkorian monuments in Cambodia. It is known as the historical and cultural site to explore with the presence of the pre-Angkorian temples. We will arrival Siem Reap late afternoon and check in hotel.
  • Overnight in Siem Reap 

Day 8: SIEM REAP – ANGKOR WAT (B)

  • After breakfast at hotel, we will spend full day discovering the famous Angkor Complex. We enter the South Gate of Angkor Thom Temple and marvel the wonders of the eerie Bayon, the terrace of Elephants and terrace of Leper King. Afterwards, we continue to visit Ta Prohm temple, shrouded in jungle and left just it was founded by French explorers in 1850s.
  • After lunch (Own account), visit the Angkor Wat Temple. The architectural master piece was built in the 12th century, took 30 years to complete and represents the Khmer civilization at its grandest. Covering 81 hectares, it is one of the largest religious monuments ever built. Angkor Wat (the biggest Hindu temple in the world and the one of the largest religious monument in the world, built in between the 9th – 13th century, its general view are five ancients towers’ figure that embroidered or printed to the Kingdom of Cambodia’s Flag now. Enjoy the superb view of sunset from Phnom Bakheng hill.
  • Overnight in Siem Reap 

Day 9: SIEM REAP – CITY TOUR (B)

  • After breakfast at hotel, we will spend about half hour journey to reach Banteay Srey, one of the most unusual temples of Angkor, Cambodia. It lies 20 km due north of the main group. It is built largely of red sandstone, which is covered with elaborate and deeply carved decoration. Banteay Samre: built in the third quarter of the 12th century. It consists of a central temple with four wings preceded by a hall and accompanied by two libraries, the southern most of which is remarkably well preserved. Two concentric walls enclosed the ensemble.
  • This afternoon, we will set out for a cruise on beautiful Tonle Sap Lake, passing a floating village and seeing the daily life of local people there. Floating village at Tonle Sap Lake (The Great Lake): place where people is living on the lake, have school, market, and the child sale fruit along the lake.
  • Overnight in Siem Reap 

Day 10: TRIP CONCLUDES (B)

  • Enjoy your final day in Cambodia by exploring Siem Reap on your own. Bargain for silk scarves or shadow puppets at Psar Chas, the Old Market, or relax into a wicker chair in a sidewalk café. We will transfer you to the airport for your flight back home, wishing you bon voyage and hoping that you enjoyed your journey with KTR Travel!
